Situation

Many residential developers are dismissive of the power of brand within the sector, but Avant Homes understood how brand building would provide it with a clear competitive advantage.

Brand8 PR was tasked with codifying the Avant Homes brand so it could be used to further enhance the business’s internal and external marketing and communications activity.

 

Response

Working closely with Avant Homes’ chief executive and the business’s other agency partners, Brand8 PR undertook activity to distil the brand and define its key elements. This involved a structured discovery and development process, looking at the context provided by the wider high value consumer products market as well as examining the competitor set in the housebuilding sector.
