Advertising industrial property on LinkedIn

Situation

Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property developer and asset manager, specialising in urban logistics and industrial warehousing.

As part of its ongoing digital strategy, Chancerygate was looking for a quick way to increase the visibility of specified developments rapidly, increasing the potential of letting enquiries.

Response

In order to increase awareness and enquiries for two key developments, we implemented a paid social media strategy on LinkedIn that used engaging video content and succinct ad copy which would capture the target audience’s attention in seconds.

We implemented geo-targeted LinkedIn advertising aimed at individuals from relevant businesses within target industry sectors, as well as lookalike and retargeting audiences. This approach saw details of the two schemes grow exponentially over four weeks, without the need for a large advertising budget.

Results

Over a four-week period, the two LinkedIn ad campaigns delivered:

  • Over 90 additional visits to each individual development website
  • Over 10,000 impressions each on LinkedIn
  • A reach of 1,980 LinkedIn users in each geo-targeted location
  • An increase of 70.78 per cent in unique pageviews (development one)
  • An increase of 45.14 per cent in unique pageviews (development two)
  • A 78.95 per cent increase in ‘contact us’ pageviews (development two)
