To build on our successes of 2018, we’re seeking a new PR account manager or experienced senior PR account executive to join our team!

We’re looking for someone with strong proactive media relations skills and a good knowledge of content marketing, social media and their effective use in campaigns. You’ll be able to establish strong client relationships, develop powerful and creative strategies, deliver outstanding tactical implementation and contribute directly to the sourcing and winning of new business.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

The PR account manager/senior account executive will be a key member of the team providing management across the agency’s portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities and accountabilities will include supporting the associate director and senior account manager in devising client communication strategies and managing client accounts, as well as generating campaign ideas that will create commercial advantage for clients.

You’ll organise and manage PR experiential activities and events on behalf of our clients and will be tasked with liaising with external suppliers and maintaining accurate records of all activities. Researching and writing press releases, comment and opinion pieces and feature articles, alongside supporting on client content marketing activity such as creating blogs, will also be high on your daily to-do list.

You’ll lead client meetings and produce contact reports, play a full role in pitches and presentations and supporting the development of the company, including marketing and business development.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this PR account manager/senior account executive role, potential candidates must have a minimum of two years’ agency experience, and previous experience of working with clients in the property industry is highly desirable.

You’ll possess strong editing and copywriting skills and have a good working knowledge of the best practices in content marketing and social media. You’ll have the ability to plan communications programmes, incorporating campaign ideas, strategy and tactics, and be able manage accounts unsupervised and gain trust and respect of clients. You won’t be afraid either to step up and take responsibility for delivering agreed level of activity and meeting deadlines.

Having a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and media databases (preferably Gorkana) is a must. You’ll have the ability to prioritise workload and respond to client briefs on time and within budget, and delegate and manage work from colleagues, both senior and junior.
