In 2010, a new executive management team at top 20 UK housebuilder Avant Homes immediately set about reinventing and transforming the business after the financial crisis.
This led to the appointment of Brand8 PR to handle all aspects of residential property PR and actively manage the company’s reputation during a period of transformation, including its rebranding.
We provided strategic and tactical public relations activity for the Group and its regional brands in Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

This reputation management activity was ultimately rewarded by the successful acquisition of Avant Homes by a consortium of investors in December 2014.
Following the launch of a new website in December 2015, Brand8 PR now undertakes content marketing activity for Avant Homes via the Avant Life platform; an industry-first lifestyle blog that collates contributions on a range of topics from brands, third parties and bloggers across the world.
